Job Purpose :
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive lead generation, campaign optimization, and ROI-focused digital marketing initiatives. The candidate should have hands-on experience managing annual ad spends of ₹1 Cr+ and strong knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools, analytics, and tracking systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
2. Manage audience targeting, bidding, creatives, landing pages, and campaign performance.
3. Improve CPL, CAC, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality through continuous optimization.
4. Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Meta Advantage+, and Google AI features for automation and campaign scaling.
5. Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable reports.
6. Manage tracking and attribution using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API (CAPI).
7. Handle budget allocation and maximize ROI across campaigns and geographies.
Required Skills
1. 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
2. Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads (PPC) and Meta Ads.
3. Experience managing ₹1 Cr+ annual ad budgets.
4. Good understanding of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CAPI, attribution models, and event tracking.
5. Knowledge of A/B testing, CRM integrations, landing page optimization, and automation tools.
6. Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
