Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Senior Procurement Coordinator to join our International Operations team.
In this role, you'll coordinate procurement activities, work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensure timely purchasing of goods and services, maintain procurement records, and support operational excellence across the business.
You'll play a key role in ensuring materials are sourced efficiently, documentation remains compliant, and procurement processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end procurement activities from requisition through to purchase orders
- Liaise with suppliers regarding quotations, pricing, delivery schedules and order status
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Track and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Ensure supplier compliance, licences and supporting documentation remain current
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance and Project teams to support business requirements
- Assist with procurement reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support tender activities and supplier evaluations where required
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and Work Health & Safety requirements
Role Requirements:
- A qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement or a related discipline
- A technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial domain
- 3-5 years' experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or a similar coordination role
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to work independently
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
