Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Primary Coordinator to oversee and elevate our primary education department in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support primary school educators to ensure high teaching standards and curriculum alignment.
- Oversee daily academic operations, timetable scheduling, and co-curricular activities.
- Monitor student progress and implement effective strategies to support diverse learning needs.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between teachers, parents, and school management.
- Organize professional development workshops and training sessions for staff.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in primary school coordination or academic leadership.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
