1. Overseas the dining and delivery area, supervises food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies that he or she may help establish.
2. Handle guest complaints in restaurants and sets high standards for appropriate team behaviour on shift.
3. Creates a positive team atmosphere among Team Members and Maintains records of staff duty rota as decided by Manager.
4. Works with food and beverage staff to ensure proper food-handling procedures and ensures product quality and great service.
5. Follow up and arrange any maintenance of assets like equipments, upholstry and other available hardwares.
6. Create & maintain Inventory of Assets in regular intervals and update records.
7. Take ownership of issues or tasks. Escalate any issues to Manager, listens and responds to Guest feedback and Coaches team on how to exceed Guest expectations.
8. Assist manager on Safety & Security of the outlet, understand fire extinguishing system installed and able to act upon any fire prevention.
9. Perform and responsible for any other responsibilities allocated to him time to time by RM/ARM
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
