ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using React, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and ensure delivery excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and product teams.
- Drive project delivery, identify risks, and manage dependencies.
- Implement best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and performance optimization.
- Participate in customer-facing discussions and solution design.
- Ensure application quality, reliability, security, and scalability.
- Support Agile development and continuous improvement initiatives.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of software development experience with leadership exposure.

- 10+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Currently working as Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, Full Stack Lead, or Lead Software Engineer.
- Hands-on expertise in React JS, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Experience managing a team of 10+ engineers.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and project delivery.
- Banking/Financial Services domain experience will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work from Bangalore (Kodathi).
Pay: ₹953,770.60 - ₹2,241,156.64 per year
