Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Head to lead the commercial and supply chain operations of our export-oriented engineering manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Procurement, Planning, Stores, Inventory, Logistics, EXIM, Dispatch, and Commercial Operations.
- Ensure smooth execution from customer order receipt to final delivery.
- Optimise procurement costs, inventory levels, logistics, and working capital.
- Develop vendors and negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and commercial conditions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Quality, Finance, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Drive ERP discipline, MIS reporting, process improvements, and commercial controls.
- Lead and develop the commercial and supply chain team.
Candidate Profile
- 15-20 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing organisation is mandatory; foundry or engineering manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Strong exposure to Procurement, Planning, Inventory, Logistics, EXIM, Dispatch, and Commercial Operations.
- Candidates with an accounting or finance background will be preferred.
- Working knowledge of Tally is preferred.
- CA, CMA, MBA, Commerce, Finance, or Engineering qualification preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and export operations.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
