Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Civil & Structural Modeler with a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and maintaining 3D models for industrial, Oil & Gas Projects, Power Plant, Petro-Chemical Projects and other EPC projects. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in SP3D and AutoCAD 2D tools along with a strong understanding of RCC and structural steel facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed 3D civil and structural models for industrial projects.
- Model RCC foundations, equipment foundations, pipe racks, buildings, platforms, underground structures, and structural steel works.
- Generate GA drawings, layouts, sections, construction drawings, and MTOs from 3D models.
- Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, and Process teams for design integration.
- Participate in model reviews, clash detection, and design coordination activities.
- Incorporate engineering comments, site inputs, and design revisions into models and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and applicable codes.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in SP3D, AutoCAD 2D, E3D, Tekla, Revit, or equivalent 3D modelling software.
- Good understanding of RCC structures, structural steel, foundations, pipe racks, and underground utilities.
- Experience in drawing extraction, quantity take-offs, and model coordination.
- Knowledge of Navisworks or similar clash detection tools will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil & Structural Modelling.
- Proficiency in SP3D, E3D, Tekla, Revit, and AutoCAD.
- Experience in RCC and structural steel modelling for EPC/industrial projects.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
