ABOUT THE ROLE
Neelpadam Builders Pvt. Ltd. (part of Karmyogi Group) seeks a finance leader to oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, project-wise tracking, and statutory compliance across its multi-entity real estate group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise AP, AR & general ledger for multi-entity books
- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, balance sheets & cash flow reports
- Manage project-wise financial tracking for ongoing developments
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax & RERA financial disclosures
- Coordinate with auditors, banks & financial institutions
- Strengthen internal financial controls & approval workflows
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance from a recognised institution
- 5–8 years in finance, preferably in real estate sector
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, RERA financial compliance
- Experience with Tally, SAP or real estate ERP systems
- Hands-on multi-entity books & project finance management
