Position : IT Lead Generation Specialist

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development, specifically within the IT software, SaaS, or IT consulting sectors.
- Technical Literacy: A strong conceptual understanding of IT environments (e.g., Cloud Computing/AWS/Azure, DevOps, Cybersecurity, ERP systems, or Custom Software Development).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical value propositions in a clear, business-oriented manner.
- Tools Proficient: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and modern sales intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, Lusha).
- Persistence & Grit: A resilient attitude toward handling rejection and a high-energy drive to consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly quota targets.
