About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Agent with at least 1 year of experience in residential real estate sales. The candidate must have worked with channel partners and possess strong sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential real estate projects to prospective buyers.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Coordinate with developers, and internal teams for smooth deal closures.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in residential real estate sales (Mandatory).
- Prior experience working with channel partners/brokers is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of residential real estate market trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of sales achievement.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates without residential real estate sales experience and channel partner handling experience will not be considered.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
