Job Responsibilities
- Counsel students on study abroad opportunities across multiple countries and universities.
- Understand students' academic profiles and recommend suitable courses and destinations.
- Guide students through the complete admission and application process.
- Follow up with assigned leads and convert enquiries into successful admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets in a target-driven environment.
- Provide accurate information on universities, visa processes, scholarships, and intake periods.
- Coordinate with the admissions and documentation team to ensure smooth application processing.
- Maintain updated student records and follow-up activities using CRM or internal systems.
- Stay informed about the latest study abroad trends, university updates, and immigration policies.
- Participate in educational events, seminars, and promotional activities to generate student leads.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive counselling experience for every student.
