Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs and drive successful delivery of technology initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding along with program and stakeholder management expertise. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects Define program roadmap, timelines, and execution strategy Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams Manage dependencies, risks, and ensure timely delivery Drive Agile/Scrum practices and program governance Track KPIs, milestones, and provide regular status updates Ensure alignment between technical and business goals Required Skills Strong experience in Technical Program Management Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies Excellent stakeholder and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Good to Have Background in software engineering or technical roles PMP / Scrum Master certification Experience in cloud or large-scale systems Exposure to DevOps practices
