We are looking for a Billing Assistant to manage billing activities, invoice preparation, payment follow-ups, and coordination with clients and internal teams. The candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of handling billing operations efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and generate invoices accurately.
- Maintain billing records and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients regarding billing queries and outstanding payments.
- Update billing details in the system/software.
- Verify PODs, LR copies, and supporting documents before billing.
- Follow up for pending payments and invoices.
- Maintain daily billing reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with operations and accounts teams for smooth billing processes.
- Ensure timely and error-free billing.
- Handle email communication related to billing activities.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of billing and accounting processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and billing software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
