Area Operations Executive (Retail)
Location In charge- Haldwani and Bareilly
Area Operations Executive will manage and support multiple retail stores in an assigned area. The main goal of this role is to increase business, improve store performance, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help stores increase sales and improve profits.
- Find new opportunities for business growth at store and area level.
- Ensure all stores follow company rules, processes, and SOPs.
- Track store performance like sales, conversion, footfall, and stock levels.
- Support Store Managers to improve staff performance and customer service.
- Visit stores regularly to check operations and solve problems.
- Study local market and competitors to plan better sales strategies.
- Ensure proper staffing, training, and discipline in stores.
- Maintain good store standards, compliance, and brand image.
Ideal Candidate:
- Comes from a retail background with experience handling multiple stores.
- Knows how to grow business and improve results at store level.
- Can understand local markets and customer needs.
- Is result-focused, practical, and hands-on.
- Has good communication and leadership skills.
