Job Summary
Job Summary\\\\r\\\\nManage and coordinate infrastructure projects within CBP by translating business requirements into detailed integration plans, driving delivery, stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum execution, and ensuring successful implementation of infrastructure capabilities across test environments.\\\\r\\\\nKey Responsibilities\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nTranslate high-level business requirements into end-to-end integration and delivery plans.\\\\r\\\\nManage and prioritize the Agile team backlog in collaboration with the Product Manager.\\\\r\\\\nPerform Scrum Master responsibilities, including facilitating Agile ceremonies and removing impediments.\\\\r\\\\nPlan, coordinate, and track infrastructure and application deliveries.\\\\r\\\\nBuild and maintain relationships with architects, technology teams, and key stakeholders.\\\\r\\\\nMonitor project progress, reporting, and delivery timelines.\\\\r\\\\nCoordinate with Common Technology, CBP, and other domains.\\\\r\\\\nRepresent the infrastructure team in technical and governance meetings.\\\\r\\\\nEnsure project documentation and status updates are maintained.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nSkill Requirement\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nTechnical Project Management experience.\\\\r\\\\nScrum Master experience with Agile delivery practices.\\\\r\\\\nInfrastructure and application delivery management.\\\\r\\\\nAgile/Scrum frameworks and stakeholder management.\\\\r\\\\nUnderstanding of enterprise architecture and infrastructure design.\\\\r\\\\nStrong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.\\\\r\\\\nNordea technical knowledge.\\\\r\\\\nBanking domain expertise.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nOther Requirement\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nITIL Foundation knowledge/certification (preferred).\\\\r\\\\nExperience working with test environments.\\\\r\\\\nAbility to work across multiple technology domains and legacy platforms.\\\\r\\\\nStrong planning, reporting, risk management, and organizational skills.\\\\r\\\\nScrum Master certification (preferred).
Key Responsibilities

Skill Requirements
Technical Project Management experience. Scrum Master experience with Agile delivery practices. Infrastructure and application delivery management. Agile/Scrum frameworks and stakeholder management. Understanding of enterprise architecture and infrastructure design. Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Nordea technical knowledge. Banking domain expertise.
Other Requirements
Scrum Master, ITIL Foundation knowledge/certification (preferred). Experience working with test environments. Ability to work across multiple technology domains and legacy platforms. Strong planning, reporting, risk management, and organizational skills. Scrum Master certification (preferred).
