About the Role
We are hiring Business Development Executives to drive outbound sales for our media and PR services. This is a hands-on, target-driven role suited for freshers who want real B2B sales experience — not a support or admin position.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients (startups, D2C brands, entertainment companies)
- Reach out to prospects via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Email
- Pitch Growth Jet Media’s services and handle objections
- Build and maintain a personal pipeline of leads
- Close deals and coordinate handoff to the delivery team
- Share daily outreach reports with the reporting manager
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed graduation (BBA, MBA, Mass Communication, or any stream)
- Prior internship or part-time sales experience is a plus, not mandatory
Compensation & Benefits
- Fixed stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month
- Weekly commission payout on closed deals

Work Location
This is an in-office role at NX One, Tech Zone 4, Greater Noida West. Candidates must be able to commute daily.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
