We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth in the education sector. The ideal candidate should have experience in education sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with schools, coaching institutes, and other educational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the education sector, including schools, coaching institutes, educational institutions, and government bodies.
- Build relationships with school administrators, tuition teachers, and coaching centers.
- Plan and execute outreach activities such as workshops, seminars, promotional events, and residential society activations.
- Organize and participate in conferences, networking events, and education fairs to generate leads.
- Present and demonstrate educational products and services to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
- Maintain accurate lead data and update the CRM system regularly.
- Stay updated with education industry trends, competitor activities, and policy changes.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the education industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the K-12 and higher education ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Languages: English, Hindi, and any regional language (e.g., Bengali, Marathi, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in EdTech products or solutions.
- Existing network within the education sector.
