Position: ArchitectExperience Required
- 2 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination
- Freshers with exceptional design portfolios may also be considered.
- Experience in residential projects will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documents.
- Develop concept designs, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, site engineers, and contractors.
- Prepare detailed plans, elevations, sections, and interior layouts.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Assist in material selection and design detailing.
- Ensure drawings comply with local building regulations and standards.
- Support project documentation, approvals, and submissions.
- Coordinate revisions and updates during project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Revit, or similar visualization software.
- Good understanding of residential architecture and interior design principles.
- Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in luxury residential or villa projects.
- Knowledge of building materials and construction methods.
- Ability to create high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs.
- Strong design sense and creative thinking.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
