Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, QA testing, or technical operations
- Basic understanding of software systems, web applications, or technical troubleshooting
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to clearly document and communicate issues to developers
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple support requests
- Comfortable working night shift hours aligned with US operations
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Perform QA testing on software updates and system changes
- Identify bugs, usability issues, or performance concerns
- Document and report issues clearly to the development team
- Verify that previously reported issues have been resolved
- Assist with testing new features prior to deployment
Technical Support & Communication
- Monitor and respond to support emails and support tickets
- Provide first-level troubleshooting assistance when possible
- Escalate technical issues to the development team when necessary
- Maintain documentation of reported issues and resolutions
- Ensure support requests are tracked through to completion
