Position Overview
We are looking for a SCM Coordinator – Machine Tools - Middle East Operations to support Supply Chain Management, Spares, and Presales activities.
This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience who have a strong interest in CNC machine tools and supply chain operations.
Reporting To: Deputy Manager – SCM (Machine Tools)
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate imported CNC machine shipments, including cargo arrangements and support for customs clearance
- Request and evaluate quotations from global suppliers for machines and spare parts
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely movement of goods
- Prepare technical and commercial offers for CNC machine tools
- Process supplier purchase orders after receipt of customer purchase orders
- Prepare order acknowledgements and maintain complete documentation
- Coordinate transportation to ensure on-time delivery to customers
- Create and maintain vendor and customer master data
- Prepare accurate reports and MIS for senior management
- Use MS Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems effectively for daily operations
-Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical / Supply Chain / related discipline
- 0–3 years of experience in SCM / Presales coordination within CNC Machine Tools industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to travel when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
