JagatAsha Foundation is looking for passionate and dedicated Field Executives to work in rural areas, setting up camps, raising awareness about government schemes, and assisting villagers in applying for them. The ideal candidate should be comfortable traveling to villages, interacting with people, and guiding them through the application process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned villages and establish relationships with villages or local leader
- Organize awareness camps and help villagers understand government schemes like PM Kisan Samman Nidhi, Kisan Registration, PM Awas Yojana, etc.
- Assist villagers in filling out forms and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain records of beneficiaries and report daily progress to the team.
- Educate rural communities about the benefits of the schemes and address their concerns.
- Coordinate with telecalling and management teams for smooth execution of field operations.
- Identify challenges in implementation and suggest improvements.
Eligibility:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & regional language preferred).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Have laptop and bike ( preferred)
