Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Admission Officer to help prospective students choose the right educational programs and guide them through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Admissions & Lead Conversion
- Engage with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments by providing accurate information and timely guidance.
Student Counseling
- Counsel students on program options, admission requirements, career opportunities, and the enrollment process.
- Address student queries and concerns professionally.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Deliver a positive admission experience from the initial inquiry through enrollment.
Follow-up & Pipeline Management
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to nurture leads.
- Ensure timely communication and consistent engagement throughout the admission journey.
Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve individual admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain a high lead-to-enrollment conversion rate.
CRM & Documentation
- Update and maintain accurate student records in the CRM system.
- Record all interactions, follow-ups, and admission status.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Academic, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and counseling abilities.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge (Zoho CRM is an advantage).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Admissions, Education Counseling, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
