Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify bottlenecks and standardize processes.
- Performance Tracking: Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to measure productivity, quality, and financial impact.
- Continuous Improvement: Facilitate problem-solving using structured methodologies like DMAIC, Kaizen, and waste reduction.
- Change Management: Guide teams through organizational changes, ensuring smooth adoption of new frameworks.
- Training & Coaching: Mentor staff on business excellence practices, building a high-performance culture. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related management discipline.
- Experience: Typically 5+ years in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or strategy execution.
- Certifications: Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) and PMP are highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
