Position - Production Incharge
Location - Birshibpur , Ulberia
Experience - 5+ years in Foundry.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Shift Production Management:
Oversee daily production activities for ARPA 450, ARPA 900, and manual molding processes. Ensure adherence to production targets and optimize workflow efficiency
2. Quality Control & Process Monitoring: Maintain green sand parameters and troubleshoot process deviations. Monitor molding defects and take immediate corrective actions.
3. Workforce Supervision & Training: Manage and coordinate workers, machine operators, and technicians during the shift. Conduct on-the-job training for new workers and ensure skill enhancement.
4. Equipment & Maintenance Coordination: Ensure regular inspection and maintenance of molding equipment and tools. Report machine breakdowns and coordinate with maintenance teams for quick resolution.
5. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain shift-wise production reports, rejection analysis, and tool inventory records. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 documentation and safety protocols.
6. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and minimize workplace hazards. Implement 5S workplace management practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
