Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients at the project lobby/site upon arrival
- Understand client requirements, budget, and preferences through initial discussion
- Conduct site visits and show sample flats/units, amenities, and project highlights
- Present project USPs, floor plans, layouts, and specifications clearly
- Address preliminary queries on pricing, possession timelines, and amenities
- Build rapport and generate interest/urgency in the project
- Qualify the lead's seriousness and readiness before handover
- Smoothly hand off the client to the Closing Manager for pricing negotiation and final closure
- Coordinate with the Closing Manager during the handover to brief them on client requirements and conversation history
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
