The role often requires prior management experience and strong interpersonal skills.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Performance & Strategy: Motivating the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, mentoring, and scheduling retail associates to ensure high performance.Operational Management: Monitoring inventory levels, conducting stock checks, and overseeing daily store operations.Customer Experience: Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving queries and complaints efficiently.Merchandising & Marketing: Implementing visual merchandising strategies, maintaining product displays, and executing promotional campaigns.Financial Accountability: Assisting with budgeting, expense management, and analyzing sales reports to increase profitability.Qualifications & SkillsExperience: Proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role, with some positions requiring 5–10 years.Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and inventory reports.Common Performance TargetsMeeting daily/monthly sales quotas.Improving sales per square foot.Reducing inventory discrepancies.Maintaining high customer service ratings.Retail
