Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide information about TIVORA products and offers.
- Generate leads through tele calling and follow up with interested customers.
- Promote products, offers, and sales campaigns.
- Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
