- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
- Explain real estate properties, projects, and available services to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property options.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer details.
- Build good relationships with prospective clients.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
