Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to connect with prospective clients, generate interest in our programs and services, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments or business opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective and existing clients through outbound and inbound calls.
- Explain company programs, services, and offerings in a clear and professional manner.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and nurture leads.
- Schedule meetings or consultations for the business development team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and client interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer support, or sales roles.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Experience in the education, ed-tech, or service industry is preferred.
