Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
Assist guests with luggage and vehicle doors.
Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
Maintain proper vehicle key control and parking records.
Inspect vehicles before and after parking and report any damage immediately.
Guide guests regarding hotel facilities and local attractions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the driveway and valet area.
Ensure smooth traffic flow at the hotel entrance.
Follow all hotel safety, security, and operational procedures.
Assist Front Office team during peak hours when required.
Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and professionally.
Ensure guest vehicles are returned promptly and in the same condition received. �

Qualifications & Requirements
Valid Driving License.
Minimum 1 year experience as a Driver or Valet.
Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
Good knowledge of traffic rules and road safety.
Basic English communication skills.
Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
