- Supervise and coordinate restaurant service staff
- Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations
- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring high service standards

- Train, guide, and monitor waiters and support staff
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper table setup
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service
- Handle guest complaints politely and effectively
