SEM Analyst
We’re looking for a detail-oriented SEM Analyst to manage and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. This role combines hands-on campaign execution with data analysis to ensure accurate budget pacing, clean tracking, and reliable performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and manage always-on and promotional campaigns using Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Ads Editor
- Monitor and control daily/monthly budget pacing
- Ensure strict adherence to campaign taxonomy and tracking standards
- Own platform troubleshooting and support coordination
- Consolidate paid search reporting using GA4, ERP data, and Shopify exports
- Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center feeds
- Analyze performance using advanced Excel techniques
Requirements
- Experience in SEM / Paid Search
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and GMC
- Strong GA4 and Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, IF formulas)
- E-commerce experience (Shopify preferred)
- Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
