Company Name: Frumar Agri Foods Pvt Ltd Brand Name: Swetha Telugu Foods Job Description – Manager- HR Operations, Based at Corporate Office – High-Tech City, Hyderabad Reporting To: HR Manager / Head – Human Resources Role Level: Executive, 6 days working Job Purpose: Lead & Drive HR operations, Compensation and Benefits admn, statutory compliance, and end to end HRMS-driven execution, while ensuring strong collaboration with factory and warehouse teams to support business continuity and workforce effectiveness. Objective To support efficient execution of HR processes through structured systems and HRMS platforms To enable smooth coordination between Corporate HR, Plant, and Warehouse operations To build and lead HR operations, compliance, and people engagement aligned with food manufacturing business needs Key Roles & Responsibilities Support & lead Pre / Onboarding Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records through HRMS and Excel Support joining formalities, documentation, background verification, and onboarding programs Coordinate induction schedules for corporate, factory, and warehouse employees 2. HR Operations, Statutory compliance & Employee Lifecycle Management Maintain employee master data, personal files, and digital records in HRMS Lead attendance, leave, and shift data validation in coordination with factory and warehouse teams Lead in payroll input collation, verification, and coordination with Accounts / Payroll vendors issuance of HR letters (appointment, confirmation, transfers, and exits) Ensure timely updating and accuracy of HR records for audits and reviews Lead and drive statutory compliances independently, ware house, factory & Corporate office 3. HRMS & Digital HR Execution Drive daily HR transactions through the HRMS portal (employee data, attendance, leave, documents) Support HRMS adoption by employees and line managers through guidance and follow-ups Generate basic HR MIS reports and dashboards for management review Support HRMS data integrity, compliance reporting, and process improvements 4. Factory & Warehouse HR Collaboration Act as a coordination link between Corporate HR and factory / warehouse teams Support manpower joining, attendance reconciliation, shift coordination, and workforce queries Facilitate communication and implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and initiatives at site locations Support statutory documentation and compliance coordination under guidance 5. Employee Services: Exit Management & support Emp Grievance Handling, Insurance & Medical services Regular coordination and periodic visits to factory and warehouse locations Required Functional Competencies Basic understanding of HR fundamentals – Statutory compliance, HR operations, employee lifecycle Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and familiarity of HRMS platforms Ability to manage HR data, reports, and documentation accurately Exposure or willingness to learn factory / warehouse workforce processes Understanding of attendance, shift, and manpower management basics Leadership Competencies Strong collaboration and coordination skills across corporate and site teams Learning agility with openness to feedback and continuous improvement High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discipline Effective communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Ownership, accountability, and execution focus Qualifications & Experience MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (Full-time) up to 18 years of post-qualification experience exposure to manufacturing / FMCG / food processing industry preferred
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
