We are looking for an experienced Packing Machine Operator to operate production and packing machines for milk and milk products. The candidate should ensure smooth production, proper machine operation, and compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate production machines for Milk, Curd, Buttermilk, Butter, Ghee, and Paneer
- Operate packing machines such as Milk Pouch Packing, Cup Filling, Paneer Packing, Shrink Wrapping, and Sealing Machines
- Perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
- Complete daily production activities as per the production plan
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production and packing area
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly production checklists
- Maintain production records and documentation
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments
- Follow GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and company safety standards
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / Any Degree
- Candidates with Dairy Technology or Food Technology background will be preferred
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Milk & Milk Products Industry
- Experience in production and packing machine operations is mandatory
Skills
- Knowledge of milk product processing equipment
- Experience in operating packing machines
- Basic machine troubleshooting skills
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
