About the role
BoC is scaling its outlet network pan -India. We need hungry folks to drive the top of that funnel: find prospects, qualify them, and keep the pipeline moving so every serious lead reaches a discovery call.
What you'll do
- Generate and respond to franchise inquiries across channels (inbound DMs, leads from our listings, walk-in interest, referrals etc.)
- Qualify leads on the basics budget fit, location, intent, timeline
- Run first-touch outreach and disciplined follow-ups (calls, WhatsApp, email) so no lead goes cold
- Send the franchise info kit and route signed agreements into the staged disclosure flow
- Own the CRM / pipeline tracker
- Coordinate discovery calls and site visits between prospects and the EIR
- Feed back what prospects actually ask and object to, so we sharpen the pitch
What we're looking for
- A self-starter who enjoys talking to people and doesn't flinch at follow-up #5.
- Clear, confident communication in Hindi/Hinglish and English
- Organised enough to keep a tracker honest without being chased
- Comfort with WhatsApp Business, Excel/Sheets, and picking up a CRM quickly
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (business/marketing a plus, but hunger > pedigree)
Bonus points
- Prior sales, BD, or customer-facing experience (retail, telecalling, campus ambassador)
- Genuine interest in F&B / QSR / entrepreneurship.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
