Job Description of Accounts Executive:
1. Journal, Payment & Receipt Entries
- Hands-on experience in posting day-to-day journal entries, payment entries, and receipt entries in Tally or any ERP system.
2. Basic Accounting Principles
-Understanding of fundamental accounting concepts such as double-entry bookkeeping, accrual basis, and general ledger management.
3. Tally / ERP Experience
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime or any equivalent ERP software used in accounting.
4. Reconciliations & Month-End Reports
- Experience in performing bank, debtor, and creditor reconciliations.
- Ability to support preparation of month-end reports including debtors report, creditors report, and expense reports.
5. Statutory Knowledge – GST, TDS
- Awareness of statutory compliance requirements including GST, TDS.
- Basic understanding of TDS rules (applicable sections, rates, due dates) and GST rules (Filing, Computation Etc).
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in Accounts & Finance
Qualification: B. Com / M. Com
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
