Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves converting received leads into sales, preparing quotations, motivating clients, handling cost estimation, and negotiating deals effectively. Additionally, the candidate will play a key role in educating clients about the importance of digital marketing and how it can help their businesses grow. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert Leads into Sales: Work on leads received from different networks such as online inquiries, social media, referrals, and marketing campaigns to close deals effectively.
- Quotation Preparation: Create well-structured, competitive, and transparent quotations, ensuring all details like pricing, discounts, taxes, and payment terms are clearly mentioned.
- Sales & Client Motivation: Understand customer needs, present solutions, and use effective persuasion techniques to drive conversions.
- Educating Clients on Digital Marketing: Explain the significance of digital marketing, including SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, and branding, to help businesses grow online.
- Follow-ups & Relationship Building: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Cost Estimation & Pricing Strategy: Accurately estimate costs, analyze competitor pricing, and position company offerings attractively.
- Negotiation & Bargaining: Handle price discussions confidently, justify the value of the product/service, and finalize deals with win-win solutions.
- CRM & Data Management: Update and maintain customer records, sales progress, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and client preferences to refine sales approaches.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: 0.6-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
- Sales & Persuasion Skills: Strong ability to convince and convert leads into customers.
- Understanding of Digital Marketing: Basic knowledge of SEO, social media, paid ads, and their impact on business growth.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and online sales platforms.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently while staying focused on sales targets.
- Resilience & Problem-Solving: Ability to handle rejections and find alternative solutions to close deals.
