The Land Liaison & Acquisition Executive will be responsible for coordinating with government authorities and local stakeholders for land acquisition activities related to solar and wind energy projects. The role involves end-to-end handling of documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements to ensure timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Liaison with government offices (Tehsil, Revenue, Collectorate, etc.) for approvals and clearances.

Manage land acquisition processes for solar and wind projects in line with regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with landowners, local authorities, and internal teams for smooth execution.

Collect, verify, and maintain all land-related documents (7/12, NA, title documents, agreements, etc.).

Prepare, submit, and track applications/files with government departments.

Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and environmental norms.

Support in resolving land-related disputes and issues on-site.

Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports for all activities.

Assist in due diligence and feasibility studies of land parcels.
