Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements
- Source candidates through platforms like Dice and Monster
- Work extensively on Ceipal (ATS)
- Screen, shortlist, negotiate, and coordinate with clients
- Manage multiple technical requirements simultaneously
Required Skill Set
- Strong understanding of IT roles, including:
- Software Developers / Programmers
- DevOps Engineers
- Security Engineers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Proven track record in US IT recruitment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
