About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Heliosys Technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our digital solutions, including websites, e-commerce stores, hosting, and domain services. This role requires proactive lead generation, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, field visits, and online channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads in the target market.
Sales & Client Management
- Present and promote Heliosys Technologies’ products and services to potential clients (websites, e-commerce stores, hosting and domain).
- Develop customised and effective proposals that address client needs and objectives.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.
- Close sales orders and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
Communication & Reporting
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM tools or designated systems.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and market trends.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Ensure client satisfaction by coordinating with internal teams for smooth project execution.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of digital/IT/website services or a related field.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close orders in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in English and Kannada (both spoken and written).
- Strong ability to create effective sales proposals and presentations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a 2-wheeler vehicle with valid driving licence for client visits.
- Familiarity with websites, e-commerce, hosting, and domain services will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work independently.
