We are looking for a Recruitment Associate to join our recruitment team in Kochi.
Experience: 1+ year in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates based on client requirements.
Handle candidate calls and initial screening.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Work towards daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Coordinate the process until successful placement.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Target-oriented and willing to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
