Telesales Executive
About the Role
Emrell Technologies is seeking a results-driven Telesales Executive to drive sales of Teltonika IoT products—routers, gateways, modems, and IoT platforms—across industrial and enterprise clients in India.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Teltonika IoT networking products and solutions
Generate and qualify leads from provided databases, industry directories, and market research
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Teltonika products (routers, gateways, modems)
Maintain and update CRM records of all customer interactions, leads, and appointments
Follow up with prospects to nurture leads through the sales funnel and close deals
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with the technical team for product demos and solution presentations
Build long-term relationships with existing customers and identify upselling opportunities
Prepare and send quotations, follow up on pending orders, and ensure timely conversion
Requirements & Skills
1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or B2B telecalling (freshers with strong communication may apply)
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (Gujarati preferred)
Ability to understand and explain basic IoT/industrial networking concepts (training will be provided)
Proficiency in CRM tools (ERPNext/Zoho) and basic MS Office
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment
Self-motivated with a customer-first approach
