Key Responsibilities
- Target Achievement: Drive sales volume to meet or exceed assigned primary (distributor) and secondary (retailer) sales targets.
- Market Coverage: Follow scheduled beat plans to visit distributors, wholesalers, and retail stores, ensuring optimal geographic coverage and expanding market reach.
- Merchandising & Visibility: Ensure all Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) are consistently available, well-stocked, and visibly placed. Execute in-store branding and point-of-sale displays.
- Distributor & Retailer Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage payment collections, and build long-term relationships with trade partners to minimize out-of-stocks.
- Scheme Execution: Roll out and communicate trade promotions, discount schemes, and new product launches to retailers.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and report on competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback to the regional sales management team.
- Reporting: Submit regular Daily Sales Reports (DSR), order logs, and market updates.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
