Job Summary
As a Real Estate Operations & Media Associate, you will split your time between on-site field operations and creative media production. This is an exciting, diverse role where no two days are the same. You will be the face of our field assistance team, the creative eye behind our property listings, and the organized backbone managing our property data.
Key Responsibilities
Field & Operational Assistance: Travel to various property locations to assist the management team with site visits, client coordination, and daily field operations.
Media Production & Camera Work: Capture high-quality photographs and walkthrough videos of properties to showcase them effectively to clients.
Content Editing: Edit captured photos and videos into polished, engaging content ready for our marketing channels and listings.
Data & Admin Support: Manage basic computer and administrative tasks, including maintaining property sheets and client logs using Microsoft Excel.
Professional Communication: Interface confidently and professionally with clients and team members while representing the company brand.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any domain or field.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent and comfortable in English.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in handling camera equipment (photography/videography) and using media editing software.
Computer Literacy: Solid basic computer skills, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Traits: Highly passionate about work, self-motivated, resilient, and exceptionally hardworking.
Mobility: Comfortable with a field job that involves local travel and working on-site.
