Bondspe is a fintech platform simplifying fixed income investing for retail and institutional investors. We offer curated bond opportunities and are now expanding into mutual funds and SIPs — making Bondspe a one-stop destination for smart, secure investing.
About the Role
We're looking for a Product Manager to own the Bondspe app end-to-end — from ideation to launch to performance. You'll define what we build, coordinate across teams, and ensure every feature delivers real value to our investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap across bonds, mutual funds, and SIPs
- Identify opportunities and propose new features that improve user experience and drive growth
- Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and define acceptance criteria for every feature
- Work closely with design (Figma), engineering, compliance, and business teams throughout the development cycle
- Lead the end-to-end integration of mutual funds and SIP module on the app
- Define KPIs for every feature and monitor post-launch performance using analytics tools
- Conduct user research, analyse behaviour data, and turn insights into product decisions
- Ensure all features comply with SEBI regulations and applicable guidelines
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for API and system integrations
Required Skills
- 6 months - 1 year of product management experience, preferably in fintech
- Strong working knowledge of Figma for wireframing and design collaboration
- Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar agile project management tools
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics
- Familiarity with REST APIs and ability to read and understand API documentation
- Understanding of agile/scrum methodologies and sprint planning
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making
- Basic understanding of SQL for querying data and pulling product insights
- Knowledge of KYC flows, payment gateways, and financial transaction systems
- Familiarity with BSE/NSE integrations or SEBI-regulated investment platforms is a strong plus
