Job Summary
We are looking for a presentable and customer-focused Sales Representative to manage showroom sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a pleasing personality, and prior experience in showroom or retail sales. You will be responsible for engaging walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and converting inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards
- Handle billing coordination and support post-sales queries
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads
- Coordinate with the internal team for stock availability and order processing
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in showroom, retail, or front-end sales
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and good English
- Presentable appearance with a confident and positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and close sales effectively
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and MS Office is a plus
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in lifestyle, electronics, furniture, jewelry, automobile, or similar showroom sales
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per showroom schedule
