Copperen Corp is looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team in Jharkhand. You'll play a key role in analysing data, building dashboards, and driving data-informed decision-making while mentoring junior analysts and championing best practices across the team.
Working closely with Business, Product, and Leadership teams, you'll contribute to the analytical direction of key projects and help deliver insights that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources.
- Lead the design of dashboards, reports, and data visualisations.
- Write clean, well-documented SQL queries and analytical scripts.
- Review work and mentor junior analysts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business performance.
- Contribute to data governance and quality assurance best practices.
- Champion data accuracy, integrity, and actionable insight delivery.
Skills & ExperienceEssential
- 5+ years' commercial data analysis experience.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with Excel (advanced), Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of statistics and data interpretation.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Desirable
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals.
- Experience with data pipeline or ETL tools.
- Experience mentoring analysts or leading analytical projects.
