Role overview
We are seeking a skilled SharePoint and Power Platform Developer with 4–8 years of experience in designing, developing and implementing business applications using Microsoft SharePoint Online, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in developing scalable solutions, automating business processes and integrating enterprise systems.
Key responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.

Develop responsive Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps based on business requirements.

Create and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
-
Configure and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, content types, metadata and permissions.
-
Develop custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx (SharePoint Framework) and React.
-
Integrate Microsoft 365 applications and external systems using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph and custom connectors.
-
Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, estimation and technical documentation.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks and production incidents.

Ensure adherence to governance, security and best practices within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required skills and qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
SharePoint
-
Strong experience with SharePoint Online administration and development.
-
Expertise in SharePoint Lists, Libraries, Content Types, Metadata Management, Search and Permission Models.

Experience with SPFx, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
-
Knowledge of SharePoint REST APIs and Microsoft Graph APIs.
Power Platform
-
Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).

Strong experience in Power Automate and workflow automation.
-
Experience working with Dataverse and related security models.
-
Understanding of Power Platform governance, environments, solutions and deployment practices.
Integration and development
-
Experience integrating with external systems using REST APIs and custom connectors.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, JSON and API-based development.

Understanding of Azure services, Azure Functions and Logic Apps is preferred.
Must have skills:

Experience with Power BI development and dashboard creation.

Experience with AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or Microsoft AI capabilities.

Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and solution deployment strategies.

Experience in migrating legacy applications to SharePoint Online and Power Platform.

Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, or related Microsoft certifications are preferred.
Nice to have skills:

Experience with Microsoft Teams App Development.

Experience with SharePoint Migration projects.

Exposure to Copilot Studio and AI-powered business solutions.
