Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor – Electrical to oversee electrical installation, execution, and maintenance activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality workmanship, compliance with regulations, coordination with clients and government authorities, and timely completion of projects while maintaining safety standards.
Mandatory Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in electrical project execution and site supervision.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise day-to-day electrical installation and execution activities at project sites. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Monitor site manpower, contractors, and subcontractors for efficient project execution.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
Maintain project documentation, site records, progress reports, and material tracking. Liaise with clients, consultants, government departments and other regulatory authorities for approvals and project-related matters.
Resolve site-level technical and operational issues promptly.
Conduct toolbox talks and ensure adherence to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements.
Coordinate with procurement and stores teams for timely material availability.
Support project managers in achieving project milestones within budget and timelines.
Required Skills & Competencies :
Strong knowledge of electrical compliance requirements, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
Experience in liaisoning with government authorities, utility companies, and local bodies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and BOQs.
Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Preferred Experience
Experience in commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or utility electrical projects. Knowledge of HT/LT systems, transformers, switchgear, cable laying, testing, and commissioning.
Familiarity with electrical inspection and approval procedures in Delhi NCR.
Compensation :
Competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
