We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, generate high-quality leads, drive property sales, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in residential and commercial real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize project sales.
- Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, channel partners, referrals, and direct sales.
- Conduct site visits, property presentations, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers through CRM.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure all sales documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist customers throughout the booking, agreement, loan, and registration process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in real estate sales,
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
